FULL BLOWN CELIAC. Like, my intestines are the drama. Normally pizza wrecks me faster than Taco Bell at 3 AM, but 2 Bros Pizza? NEVER get sick. Only thing they destroy is my self-control because their pies are stupidly good. These legends don’t just toss some “gluten-free” cardboard at you — they go full hazmat mode. Separate pans, wiping down the counter like they’re cleaning up a crime scene, and treating cross-contamination like it’s a felony. That’s foreplay for celiacs. Toppings? Endless. Service? Quality. Prices? So reasonable I feel like I’m cheating them (but I’ll take it). Hands down the greatest spot in Easley to get food that won’t blow your guts up. Gluten-free food that’s actually worth pulling your pants off in excitement for.

My husband is from Brooklyn. Because of that, he is quite picky about Italian food! He tried their spaghetti with meat sauce and added italian sausage and LOVED it! The sauce is meaty and very flavorful. I like that there are some gluten free and low carb options. I liked the "crustless pizza" and the steak and broccoli bowl. They were both very tasty, but I'd say I liked the steak & broccoli bowl (with onions, peppers, mushrooms and provolone) better. It's like a cheesesteak without the carbs! I think I'll try the meatball and broccoli bowl next and we'll see! It reminds me of the Mom & Pop Italian places up north...not fancy but really good food. That has been our experience! I do wish they had cannoli... ;)
