Counter person had no interest in looking to see if the ice cream flavor was gluten free. They serve Chapman's, which usually is, but wouldn't check for us (in this case, Tiger Tail, and we later confirmed it's GF). Not the best for people with Celiac disease. Hot food orders seem to be done one at a time without overlap. We watched while an entire table got it's food one by one. With some luck they'll get some efficiency going as things get busier.
