Had this twice while traveling through Miami! The Gluten Free crust was outstanding! And the staff wad very well educated. I ordered the Veg pizza on GF, and both times an employee told me the Balsamic has Gluten in it.

If the owner wanted to reply with the kind or brand of GF crust, I would love it, because I want my local Pizza places in Utah to use those! Tasted like it had Cassava.
