We don't venture out to eat all that often anymore these days with the cost of everything so high. But.. If you find yourself flush with some extra cash. I'd say take it here and enjoy a nice meal. With a bit of effort this place is walking distance from our home. In the 15 years we've lived here have watched the downtown area grow and flourish (hopefully this spreads to the rest of the city). We ended up coming here for my wife's birthday. Is this the nicest place for dining in Denison? In my mind yes. Who would have thought in our town? Great ambiance that is conducive of fond memories. The menu had a great selection of spirits (we did not explore the lounge area) and the food selections we had were ample and very tasty. Rylie our server was knowledgeable, patient and not over bearing as well as being familiar with celiac (wheat allergy). Another reason I chose this establishment was because of this and foods on the menu being plainly marked with GF. If you are looking for that Special place to celebrate that Special occasion. "Thirty Four Chop House" is it. A few pics of our food, but not everything and we took a lot home.

This is my favorite place in Denison, great for dinner or just sitting at the bar for a drink. Everyone is so friendly, and they are always helpful with my gluten allergy.
