I just called to talk about a situation regarding a door dash order and was told by the owner that he doesn’t want me to order from them again. Wow! I typically order from them 4-5 times a week from door dash because my husband and I are to ill with cancer and autoimmune illness to go and eat there or too cook. I have a gluten allergy that is serious and obviously he does not care or care to lose a good regular customer. Crazy to be treated so horrifically by an owner no less ! Maybe he is independently wealthy and really does not need his customers. He should be ashamed ! I am in tears… I just spent $65 on an order for 2 and $26 of it I cannot eat because it is has flour even though no mention of being breaded on their menu and no way to request gluten free ! Sadly I love their food but heartbreaking to be treated so rudely and especially by an owner !
