3 Cups

Happened on 7/10 around 12:15-ish??? I’m going to start with the cons first then the pros. I tend to order the soft-chewy gluten-free chocolate chip cookie as a rare treat for myself. Always on spot until yesterday. I ordered the usual. It was hard and dry. I told the person that it was hard (typed on my phone). Communication is not the best for me because I’m Deaf. I wanted the soft-chewy gf cookie. I could not understand him. Out he came with a plate and talked through the voice transcriber- said that it is gooey and asked me if I wanted a fork. I was excited and said yes. My excitement died when I tried to cut the cookie. It was hard! I took some bite, it was waaay dry, and rock hard. The only thing that was “gooey” was the chocolate chips. I took the cookie back. Said still hard. Waved my hand to let them know that it was no good. They did not ask me if I wanted something else and they did not give me money back. Pros- Three Cups is a wonderful place to meet with friends. Their coffee is amazing! Yesterday, I had the kombucha by HK instead of the coffee.

Drinks generally all GF. They have GF cookie in seperate container to make sure it's not cross contaminated. A few other GF options as well.
