3 Keys Brewing and Gastrobrew

My boyfriend and I went to 3 Keys today after hearing they had the “best burgers.” I’m typically a gluten-free pescatarian; my boyfriend is a foodie and rarely enjoys a restaurant meal. If we could give ten stars, we would in a heartbeat. Ralph had his burger prepared as a smash burger and from the first bite, he was in bliss. The quality of the meat, preparation, phenomenal service, thank you Rory, learning how 3keys sources the beef, the vibe, everything absolutely incredible. The only thing I would change is to add more wine selection but that is a little silly to expect in a brewery. We can’t wait until we go back.

Today - Porter 5.8abv very good, a nice malt roast nose with the same on the back end 16oz (profile seems closer to a full flavored Brown). > 12Aug - (PDTM) Pale Ale 5.8abv excellent, full flavored lacking nothing 16oz (wow, the best in months) ; (SOB) IPA 7abv very good, distinctive hop nose with a hop and moderate bitter finish 16oz (this has an unusual hop profile I can't put my finger on) - good parking , good WiFi , no table service , easy to see from the street , outdoor seating , serving sizes and prices are clearly listed , dog and kid friendly , board games available , mug club available , hardtip dart board , onsite food menu , 18 beer selections today (1 gluten free, 4 adjunct Belgo things) 5 cider items , (tacos pizza it's all good) , (no Pils, Lager, Std Stout today)
