49th State Brewing - Ted Stevens

Great gluten free bun so the 49th St Burger was great. However, they asked if I want fries and I said I did but what they didn't tell me is that they are breaded...very disappointed. Over all good experience but they have room to improve.

Worst experience in a long time here. Food was rung in wrong - not by fault of the cashier, but because the system wouldn't accommodate the need - so they put something else and added a comment. They later got the manager to print a new receipt with the reduced amount, but never gave the money back on the card. Food came out incorrectly 3 times. When it did come out, it was really bad. Time to get food was an hour. The poor front of house staff I felt bad for, but they were doing the best they could, but no level of service could fix the rest of the issues unfortunately. Finally, do not go here if you have celiac disease. Cross Contact is always a risk, but I feel that I was glutened badly here even though my meal was gluten free - but it was not a normal cross contact reaction.
