Im gluten free. The gluten free bun is excellent and different from the usual chalky bun. Excellent mushroom Swiss burger.

The friendly and efficient wait staff and bar tenders keeps us coming back to 5 8 Champlin. It's the people that make the dining experience FUN. Best Long Island Ice tea in town. However..... You list Gluten Free Chicken bites, but they are fried in cross contaminated oil, so they are not GF. It would be great if you had a Gluten Free oil fryer. Then your Chicken bites would actually be Gluten Free and you could serve GF French Fries too. I heard you have two fryers. Should be simple to keep one Gluten free I have Celiac disease, and appreciate restaurants that go the extra mile to provide gluten free options. Thank you for the buns! Please think about a GF fryer! We enjoy sitting on the patio! Thank you for making it non smoking.
