GLUTEN FREE ITEMS MARKED ON MENUS! Had a great experience with the workers and they were nice when I said I had a severe gluten allergy. Bbq sauce is gluten free as well!

The best bbq in Colorado, hands down! We drive from Salida (1 hr 20 min) for their ribs. They fall off the bone. And great bbq sauce served at the table that is also gluten free. Thanks 5Bs!

I asked the staff if the meat was gluten free. They said none of it was gluten free. This place is rated #1 on the gluten free app and there’s even google reviews that confirm it’s gluten free. It felt very much like a we don’t want to deal with you situation which was sad. If this isn’t true please correct me because it’s not fair to those with auto immune diseases / allergies to be misguided. I wasn’t being annoying. I understand the liabilities on cross contamination. This just wasn’t that.
