Had a great experience at 525! I really appreciated the gluten-free options that were safe for celiac — it’s not always easy to find places that take that seriously. The environment was clean, modern, and welcoming. A big shoutout to Shaela, who was super nice and attentive throughout our visit. Will definitely be back!

The restaurant is nice and has a quiet and calm feel to it and our server was good. I got the gluten free braised bison parpedelle and it was super average. They didn't have the parpedelle pasta (said they were out of the gf one?) and the penne was overcooked and falling apart in the sauce. A little pepper kind of saved it but it was fairly bland. The mushroom caps were however, quite tasty and we devoured those. Not rushing back but I'd give it another try after a day on the course.
