Being Vietnamese and gluten free, it’s impossible to eat a Banh Mi even though I crave it!! Today, I brought my own gluten free brioche buns and they were 100% accommodating with my request to make a Banh Mi with my bread!!! It made it safe for me to eat and enjoy!!! They even offered to toast my bread even though I already toasted it ahead (to prevent cross contamination). Thank you so much for bringing the Vietnamese in me back!!
