Ordered a burger to take out with gluten-free bun for my daughter who is allergic to gluten. Told twice to make sure. Still found a regular bun at home. Had to throw it out and came by next day to let a manager know. Instead of giving my money back or at least making a gluten-free burger, he said he couldn’t do it without having the wrong one back.
Update: the main manager reached out to me and resolved the issue just like it’s supposed to be. Good customer service shows when there’s an issue and it’s resolved. Thanks! Revised number of stars to 4.
