54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse-Frisco

Food is great, the drinks are cold, service at the bar is amazing. The Hostess booth left a lot to be desired. When I inquired for a gluten sensitive menu they flat out denied having one as if they didn't even want me in this restaurant. I did notice I was the only black customer in the building. I went to the carry out counter and asked about the menu and if there are gluten free options. A manager got to me. And showed me the gluten free menu. When I got to the bar, they were incredible. The service and attention to detail was impressive. Give this place a chance, don't let the Hostess booth give you a bad first impression. The food and drinks here are good, floor managers know what they're doing and bartenders are on top of it. Hosts are teenagers and just don't know what's going on. But hey everyone needs to learn and grow. No big deal. Lucy and Kaitlyn are the best! Thank you!
