First time dining at 56 Kitchen. I am gluten free, due to Celiac, and I am also allergic to corn and rice products. I was very pleased with our server, Sydney, for her concern and helpfulness with my choices. I was able to speak with Matt, who was a chef there. Matt was very kind with offering me different options, which would fit my dietary needs. I ended up having a plate made with various items: grilled chicken, roasted potatoes and amazing brussel sprouts. The food was really good and I felt very safe. Thank you Matt and Sydney!!
There are several GF options but if you do have Celiac, anything fried is in a shared fryer, so they are not safe. That’s the only negative thing. Besides that, it is a perfect spot to eat! And the atmosphere is awesome also!!
