575 Pizzeria

Cute pizzeria and bar. We dined in on a weekday at 230pm. They were not busy at all. We were excited for gluten free and vegan cheese options. The waitress took my order for a sausage/red pepper pizza on GF cauliflower crust. The pizza that came out was not on GF crust. She apologized and went to have it remade, then came back and said, "By the way, our sausage is not gluten free." I had to find something else and reorder. It took an additional 25-30 minutes (as to be expected with wood fired pizza). The pizza came out loaded with toppings (great!) but because they rushed it out to me, the crust was sadly soggy. I ate it anyway because my family was waiting on me. I was a little disappointed when we got the check and the full charge for my pizza was on the bill, not really anything to try to make up for the mistake and the additional time we spent waiting. I guess times are tough. I was going to give 3 stars, but they made up for it by offering dairy free cheese and my dairy allergy son was able to enjoy pizza with the rest of us. That's a rare gem. They also have a gluten free flourless chocolate cake on the menu that is to die for. So, needless to say, I'd visit again.

We were in town for a vacation and in search for a great pizza place, and we found the best one! Not only was the gluten free pizza I had amazing, but so was the regular pizza and calzones. But the service and experience was just as delightful. Our server Nick did an exceptional job, he was extremely courteous and enthusiastic to talk and serve us. As well as, providing us with tips to other great restaurants in the area and making an effort to get to know us a bit. I highly recommend 575 Pizzeria and we will absolutely be back!
