Every meat is gluten free, almost all sauces and 4-5 of the sides. It was all so delicious. The girls at the counter were not very knowledgeable about celiac precautions or how things were cooked but they were happy to accommodate us when we asked them to change gloves etc.. the menu does say that the fries are gluten free but they told me that the fries are fries in a fryer that fries okra also. I am guessing that means breaded okra so we skipped them.

Hands down the best BBQ in northern Utah. We showed up literally 2 minutes before closing and they welcomed us warmly and let us eat in the restaurant. The food is amazing and they clearly label what is gluten free and dairy free among other allergens. There is often live music here on the weekends. Also, try the sauce selection. Definitely recommend.
