This place is a gem of Kentucky! So delicious and healthy! I feel blessed to find it, because my blue bowl was so good, the b-day cake granola crumbles which are also gluten-free is a must try for your bowl! We also got the tropical smoothie, it was a bomb, I love peaches and grapes in smoothies, it was combined with pineapple and amond milk, very special taste again. Go for it, you will like it. The owner is very friendly and keen to help or explain. I was lucky to buy her new product - a jar of sea moss, which is really tasty, and unique, better than regular sea mosses. It's really great place, and if I lived near, I would probably go there everyday!
