8oz Burger - Takeout & Delivery Only

This place is great. My parents have a list of dietary restrictions that can be hard to work with. However, this place hits them all. Antibiotic free (mom has autoimmune issues and sever allergies), and gluten free (dad has psoriatic arthritis, and gluten seems to lead to flare-ups). My parents could eat almost everything on the menu, and staff weren't put-off by the questions regarding menu items (which is more than I can say for myself sometimes). On top of all that, the food is genuinely delicious. Definitely one of the best burger spots in Seattle.

food was delish. waiter was well versed in gluten free options. i dont recommend going in a hurry or going with a larger than 4 party - unless you make a reservation. would i take my family here? yes. would i take my friends? yes. would recommend.
