Great food and knowledgeable staff. Every server was willing to work with us to help my Celiac son find something he could enjoy. They have gluten free bread for toast. The chips and potatoes aren’t gluten free because they only have one fryer. They do have GF tortillas that they can sub for quite a few items. They advertise a GF bun for the hamburger but it’s the same bread slices they use for toast and the burger is so juicy it makes the bread fall apart, which my son hates, so I recommend just getting the burger without a bun or wrapped in lettuce. Otherwise everything was amazing and we felt very safe/confident eating here.

I have celiac (autoimmune disease triggered by gluten) and the waiter was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about my disease. He even gave me gluten free bun for my burger. Food was delicious, cocktails were tasty and perfectly balanced, and the atmosphere was incredible. Best restaurant in the stockyards and good option for my fellow celiacs!
