I have a wheat allergy and ordered a side salad with my entree. It came with croutons and tomatoes which I specifically asked for it without them. Then I got it back with one tomato... So I know they only picked them off! With a wheat allergy you would have hoped they would have been more careful...I did get a new salad but I was told from our server that all their salads are premade. Which was clear from wilted leaves... If you have a gluten allergy I would stay away from their salads altogether!
