My wife has severe celiac disease. We've eaten at this 99 as well as others in the past with no problem. For that matter we eat at many different restaurants all the time with no issues. Shortly after coming home my wife got severely ill with all the characteristics of having eaten a substantial amount of wheat. I worked in the food service industry for over 20 years and I'm aware that it's very easy to cross contaminate food when your staff doesn't want to take simple precautions that take a short time longer. They should be willinh to take that time as the outcome can be someone spending an entire night extremely ill and unable to sleep because you didn't want to change gloves or get clean utensils.
