A 99 restaurant is always a happy place. Good food. Great service. Fun, local decor. My party was seated within moments. Got popcorn right away. Got our drinks and meal promptly. No complaints whatsoever. NB - I have been to this restaurant at least twice before writing a review. I am a gluten-free diner, and it's a torturous ride home (1.5 hours) if I should accidentally get gluten. I am happy to report that I have dined here safely.

I am gluten and dairy intolerant, and it was very difficult to find something to accommodate this on the menu. Additionally, the service was lacking in the day we went - it took over 20 minutes for someone to take our drink orders and our wait times were very long (given, we overheard they were having staffing issues that day). The food did tastes great though, so we may return, though this is not my first pick for restaurants.
