We have eaten at Thai Fusion many times, and they are very accommodating to my gluten-free needs. They have a large menu and most dishes can be made G-F. They use a G-F soy sauce. They also serve a delicious side-salad with every entree. My favorite entrees are the chicken Pad Thai, sweet and sour chicken ( it’s not breaded), and cashew chicken stir-fry. Their summer roll appetizer and coconut chicken soup are so tasty. My husband doesn’t have any special dietary needs so he can order anything, and he has always been pleased with his selections. The service is optimal, and our favorite server is Nang.
