We found ourselves at the last minute ordering a cake for a very, very important birthday....and captured by the name of the pastry shop, because moreover, as can be seen, we had gluten and lactose intolerance requirements..... Despite the timing not being exactly in the owner's favor, he managed not only to respect and keep his word with the times, but the cake was delicious, even though it wasn't made with the must, ordinary ingredients...!!! Best compliments, we are 3 sisters and we made a great impression with our mother who turned 80....!! Thank you Thank you Thank you! Highly recommended!!

I was in this shop today in the morning. The place is located more or less at the entrance to the city of Sassari, near the church where the candlesticks are placed. You can see it from the street without problems, as it tells us. The parking lots are there. I'm .I took the opportunity to see it, I'll start by saying that it's the first time I've come in. The place is small for the buyer, but for what I noticed the environment is warm. The sales assistants were kind in giving me the information, Mr. Luciano, the very professional owner, gave me all the clarifications on how he works with gluten-free and lactose-free products. They work on orders, on catering, but also on what they currently produce at retail. I purchased what they could offer me at the time without gluten and lactose. I tasted the diplomat and I must say that it resembles the original as much as possible and then a sort of fried zeppola with cream inside which the owner explained to me as water-based and I must say I found it good. I'll taste the rest these days. Quality and price go hand in hand and the prices for this niche are the same. Overall it's good to definitely go back and it's the only one that also opens on Sunday morning.
