Celiac friendly. Different fryers Had fresh fries .. so hard to find! Gluten-free bun and desert! Non Gluten-free enjoyed just as much! Had hamburger and chicken parmesan. Will definitely be returning!

This was my first time here since a bad experience a couple years ago I previously left a review for and decided to give them a second chance. While the food was great (after several corrections were made to the order) the service left much to be desired and left me feeling like a burden on their business rather than a guest. The waitress was very rude when we asked for separate checks, and made sure to let us know that while it’s something they do, it will take her longer and she doesn’t like it. The restaurant was less than half full at the time. The waitress then got upset when my visiting friends brought out their out of state ID’s, she said those are not valid to buy alcohol in Mass and another photo ID is required. This is not the law in Massachusetts, out of state ID’s are allowed to buy alcohol. When we questioned her on it she went to get her manager and explained she didn’t know the rules. The manager then told us anything else with a name was acceptable, so at some point the rules changed. The manager told us they were expecting a ‘sting’ sometime soon, sometime I imagine you should not be announcing to your patrons. After we finally received our at this point well earned drinks, we ordered food. My gluten free friend asked for a gluten free bun due to an allergy. The waitress first said he should have told her earlier, even though no food had been put in yet. She then asked him 3 times if it was an allergy or just diet, he explained it was an allergy the vibe we got back was it would cause more trouble for the restaurant. We have lived in Beverly for several years, while the food here is decent the vibe feels like a 99 and the staff are very unwelcoming. During our whole meal the manager was continuing to look over at us, we felt pressured to leave. If you have company down and want to show them a good time, don’t make my mistake and take them here. There are many great spots to eat with nice, welcoming staff right nearly.
