ACME Pizza Co

Heard about Acme and their awesome food so we eagerly went to check it out. EVERYTHING was incredible. Salads, DEEP DISH true Chicago style pizza, and we also ordered two gluten free pizzas. Oh, and don’t forget the garlic knots- we started off with them and they were delish! We always order some gluten free when we go for pizza so we have tried a lot of different GF crusts. These were the best gluten free crusts we have ever had! Also most every other pizza place only offers ONE size of GF pizza. Not here…. Two sizes and the big one is a large! We will definitely be going back. Also —- the staff was wonderful. You know how it can be at some places…. But these people were wonderful.

I was sitting outside on a business call and heard a party leave the restaurant and rave about how great it was and mentioned Deep Dish Pizza. I am a food broker and actually represent Uno's the original Deep Dish Pizza company from Chicago. I went inside and wound up ordering a Gluten Free Pizza for my daughter. The cook was very knowlegeable about the wheat allergy and was truly engaged in the discussion of safe preparation. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. My daughter said it was the BEST GF Pizza she ever had. I took half a slice and have to agree, it was delicious. The crust was nice and crisp and the cheese had a great flavor. BTW, I ate the other half of the slice. I will definetly be back to try the Deep Dish and other menu items. Keep up the great work!! Mike S, Cary.
