Well, where do I start? The delicious crunchy bread? The moist melting cheese? The accents of rosemary, caramelised onions, and sun-dried tomatoes? Probably all of the above.
And once you've had your fill of savoury, you can demolish a delicious cheesecake, a scrumptious scookie (try aliterating on a cookie). All safe for coeliacs/gluten free.
If you really want a souvenir, you can even grab some delicious bread to take home...
