Disappointed and Frustrated – Wouldn’t Recommend
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience from June 9th. I called ahead to specifically ask if they offered gluten-free ramen, and was told they had a couple of options available. Based on that, we decided to dine in.
However, after placing our order, the server came back to inform us they were actually out of gluten-free noodles. This level of miscommunication and negligence is extremely disappointing, especially for someone with dietary restrictions. I was then told to choose something else from the menu, and ended up ordering the Donburi, which they offered at a 20% discount.
Unfortunately, the Donburi was not enjoyable at all—I took just two bites and couldn’t bring myself to eat the rest. To make matters worse, the server was not friendly or accommodating, which only added to the overall poor experience.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Between the lack of care for dietary needs, underwhelming food, and unwelcoming service, it’s just not worth your time or money.
