Didn't eat but sampled multiple beers. From classic pilsner to porter. Everything we tried was very good. The most surprising thing is, although shockingly not noticeable in the taste, they are all gluten-free. We were told they make the beer and then put and unflavored additive that makes them safe even for those suffering with celiac. What a great find!

Place was cool. We were too late for the tour but got some drinks. As a celiac it was cool that the brewer adds an enzyme to lower the gluten content to safe levels. Owner has celiac family members so that was really cool. I'm not much of a beer drinker but it was cool to get the science of it.
Great and friendly staff. Hope to come back in the future.
