Just took a friend to Almandina’s for lunch for the first time and really enjoyed it! They have a new menu that identifies GF items, as well as New GF flatbread wraps (I don’t think they are made in a GF facility, though). I had the GF Chicken Shawarma pita wrap, which was very good with GF fries fried in a dedicated fryer. ALERT, their rice is NOT gluten free!! I asked if they could sell me some of the GF wraps, which they did for $6. I also bought their GF Almond Halva (a dessert made from sesame seeds) for $6, also a good price, and Baba Ganoush with a sample of their hummus.
