Finally a space dough developed by them ad hoc, unfortunately in addition to gluten intolerance, I also have milk and derivatives intolerance and I ordered a pizza without mozzarella. I was truly surprised by how delicious it was: delicious dough and despite the absence of cheese, the tomato was just the right amount so as not to dry out the dough.
