A Legna Wood Fired Pizza & Italian Cuisine

pizza really doesn't get any better than the A Legna charred vegetable/chicken pie. It's like a work of art. We had a party over the weekend two people with gluten allergies succumbed to the incredible smell and felt that a taste was worth a weekend of suffering. honorable mention to the classico & vodka pies, which are also fantastic. There is something about the thick, smoky crust that gets me every time.

While, the atmosphere is clean simple. Almost like a casual pizzeria. The food was top tier. The food was the kind you are forced to tell your family about. I had linguine and meatballs that were in this tomato sauce that marveled flavors I've experience in Italy. Linguine was simple but prestine, which help elevate the sauce the soul of the dish. The Meatballs alone were worth writing about. Perfectly cooked and flavored. The only difficulty is choosing between the pasta or the meatballs to fill the last bits of your stomach. My date had the gluten-free penna vodka with Chicken. Which she too marveloued over. Finding good gluten-free food is a challenge in itself, but that is no longer a problem at A Legna. We will be going back. Best Italian food in Morristown.
