One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at, if not the...
Unfortunately, I live a little far from the place itself, so I didn't get to be in the place itself, so I only ate through a delivery order.
A restaurant that puts crazy emphasis on the freshness of the ingredients. A real gem of Italian food in the north.
The dough, the cheeses, vegetables and more... we work with seasonal raw materials.
A variety of types of dough from different grain kernels, white/whole buckwheat, white/whole wheat and also offer fresh gluten-free doughs.
Neapolitan style pizzas (very thin dough) for those looking for thin dough, this is the place.
A wide variety of cheeses, toppings.
Pastas are simply crazy... the pasta dough is super fresh and soft, there are no words, I have never had such good pasta anywhere in Israel. Pasta filling and pasta sauces in a generous and very noticeable amount. cream, mushroom cream, goat cheese, olive oil, etc.
All doughs are prepared on the spot such as pizzas, pastas, etc.
Excellent service in my personal opinion, the restaurant answers all the customer's questions with patience, detail and honesty regarding any dish.
In short, anyone who wants super fresh handmade Italian food with great care for the customer... this is the place. Highly recommended!!
A few small notes: it is important to understand that the restaurant is located in Haifa and makes deliveries to various areas in the north.
Preparation + delivery takes time. The average for Kiryat is about an hour and a half to two and a half hours.
For those who are terribly hungry and stressed about eating very quickly, this will probably suit them less.
Personally, I prefer to wait how long it takes for the freshness of the preparation and investment of the food than to receive fast and industrial food. This is expressed very strongly in the quality of the food and the taste....
Another small note: the restaurant is kosher vegetarian/vegan. With a strong appeal to a vegan clientele.
Personally, it's a bit of a bummer that there aren't the classic sausages of Italian pizzas like pepperoni, prosciutto, sauerkraut, etc. but in a small way.
For those who are specifically looking for kosher Italian food / vegan food. You won. But even if not.. it's hard to say that you feel deprived.
