Wow, just wow! I called ahead to ask if they had gluten free options and they said yes come on it, we set a reservation for 2 easily over the phone. Walked in for our reservation got seated, Patrick our server was awesome and informative about what we can have for our allergies and we got to ordering. My husband got a rigatoni & I got the shrimp pasta. It was cooked perfectly (iykyk, gf pasta can be so mushy) and the sauces were light but packed full of flavor. We also got the gluten free spicy calabrese + garlic miso focaccia bread. The focaccia has been fermented for 25 years and they assured me that some people that have gf intolerances had no issues I thought it was worth the try. THE MOST FLUFFY FOCACCIA I HAVE EVER HAD. My soul had happy tears, it was delicious and I would order this again. Their regular pizza looked awesome but I could pass on the GF pizza. I had a glass of their Primovito which was suggested by Patrick and went well with all the dishes. Impeccable. Rich. Balanced. Everything here is delicious and it is a gem for a date night or dinner with the gals. Not too expensive either, a bit on the higher end but nothing wild.
