Lovely curated menu with various gluten free options. The chef very kindly adjusted a few small and large dishes to suit my complicated dietary restrictions. I got to enjoy very complex flavors without any of the histamine symptoms I normally end up with after dining out. Highly recommend the kingfish collar, wager tongue and marrow, the bug fried rice and the pork cheek claypot.
