Never easy eating out when you have food intolerances or allergies, but I've eaten here on many occasions when shopping in Bluewater and I'm never disappointed. A huge thank you to Krysztof for quickly noticing that my vegan lentil ragu with gluten free pasta, as ordered, was not in fact the gluten free pasta option. He arrived with some delicious olives whilst I awaited my replacement meal, as my husband and granddaughter were already enjoying their meals. Krysztof also insisted a 25% reduction on our bill. I do so appreciate how hard it must be for restaurant staff to manage the complexity of dietary needs there are these days and the stress they're under trying to get things right for everyone; we don't live in a perfect world and I guess sadly mistakes will happen. Luckily for me my intolerance of gluten and dairy is not life threatening in the way true allergies can be. A huge thank you also to all the staff working behind the scene who do their best to accommodate for our varied dietary restrictions. I mustn't forget to say, my granddaughter loved her margherita pizza and especially loved the biscoff cheesecake, although thought the ice cream was 'too cold' 😂🤣, that's children for you.
