Dreadful ... just picked up an order - ended up with gluten free vegan lentil Ragu. Never asked for that - we asked for vegan lentil ragu which comes with spaghetti... pasta was hard as nails. Husbands ravioli burger was dried out and stale bun. Really poor. When I called to explain they said they can cook another ragu ... really ... so I asked for a free meal next time; they said yes ... BUT they had already promised a free ravioli burger when the last one was burnt and did not honour thank!!! Definitely gone down hill! NOT GOING BACK! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
