I just wanted to take a minute to leave a glowing review for Jolly, who helped me with my complicated order at the drive in window. I'm currently on a special diet where I cannot have gluten or sugar. I haven't been able to eat out easily since. I'm starving and saw A&W and thought, maybe I'll get lucky. I had many questions and Jolly was very patient and gracious with me. She pulled out the ingredient binder and we went through many of their menu items to create a meal I can eat with peace of mind. Jolly is very sweet, you don't find a lot of fast food employees who are kind, genuine and helpful the way she is. A&W is lucky to have her. I'm grateful.
