Salvador was an excellent waiter who catered to us exceptionally. Robert served us our Prime Rib and treated us like gold. I had one special chef/waiter (I forgot name) who guided me through my gluten free options. There was quite a few options for both gluten-free and vegan. We were pleasantly surprised about it. Waited about 30 minutes but thoroughly enjoyed the Prime Rib/ Crab Leg special.

I had the chef show me around to tell me what was gluten free. There wasn’t much at all, and even the desserts even only had one chocolate cake and the creme Brulee as gluten free and that was about it. BUT - the chef Mike felt bad for me, and so he asked me what foods I missed most, and I told him orange chicken, and he came out with a custom gluten free dish of orange chicken and also ahi tuna (which I had also mentioned). It was so good! And my husband said it was better than the normal buffet food. So good! And our waiter Salvador was amazing with the drinks and plates! I am very happy.
