Although the food was great, I wanted to mention the lack of attention from our server. When ordering, we mentioned immediately that we were ordering from the gluten-free menu that they had on their website. The server said "great" as if she knew, and was aware of what we were ordering. When our food came out, we were served the shrimp ceviche that we ordered, but it had the flour fried tortillas instead of the potato chips that it listed on the gluten free menu. My wife took a bite of the chips, but luckily we were paying attention to the food we received and she spit it out and had it corrected before eating anymore. We had to wait for 10 minutes to get the correct chips, and then when our main dish came out, it was served with the sauce (not gluten free). Be careful that your server is paying attention when ordering. Other than that, the food was great.

I had the Gluten free Chicken Calabases, no waffle fries, no bell pepper, no bun- no fun 😜. Chicken was a little dry, could have used a little sauce, or au jus. My husband had the Honey Jalapeno Chicken, opted for a small garden salad in place of waffle fries or veggies. Ordered the garden salad with a balsamic dressing, used a little bit of that to help the dryer chicken. Then I added a couple jalapenos to my chicken and it was good. Good tasting chicken, well seasoned with grilled mushrooms and onions. Would have preferred grilled veggies in place of raw veggies. Fruit was good.
