Oh man is this place is so good. I always get the gluten-free plater. They understand the great and simple business model of basically doing one thing, and doing it SO well. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE tell the owner to open an Aba's in Beacon. Beacon gets so crowded (esp on weekends) and is a complete desert of good food - you'd probably have a line out the door. If we had an Aba's here, I would be likely be there every other day. The last time I was in Rhinebeck I went back to Aba's for another lunch later in the afternoon and had to restrain myself from taking one for the road.

Aba's Falafel impressed with friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food. This is a great option for vegan and gluten-free customers... but I'm neither and still greatly enjoyed the food. Their menu is limited; however, this is a falafel shop that nails their core offerings.
