Well, a recent trip to Virginia Beach my husband and I ate at Abbey Road. Are we just was great in the food was delicious! He had fish and fries with their special, jalapeño poppers, and I had their gluten-free fried shrimp and French fries. It is not very many places I can get fried food that is gluten-free and it was very much appreciated and very delicious!

What happened Abby Road? After so many years of my wife (who has celiac) thoroughly enjoying the restaurant, cross-contaminating GF fried shrimp? Very disappointing! Not sure what changed, they no longer have GF Fish & Chips and a statement on the menu about "no guarantee" on cross-contaminating. Suffice to say, within 20-minutes of departing, my wife had to vacate. The only good thing is that the drinks remain the same (thus the two instead of a one-star). First Mannino's is now closed on Atlantic and now cross-contaminating Abby Road, guess we're off to different restaurants. At least Pocahontas Pancake House is still outstanding for the GF community!!
