Seventh Heaven for People with Celiac Disease Abby's is not only centrally located but also offers a large selection of gluten-free homemade cakes and tarts every day. Celiacs can truly indulge themselves because the staff is fully knowledgeable about celiac disease and contamination risks and is even certified by the German Celiac Society! Living with the autoimmune disease celiac disease means daily deprivation of almost everything a "normal eater" can eat, confrontation with ignorance and incomprehension, and the frequent feeling of being excluded and complicated for others. Constant explanations and questions when trying to order something to eat or drink, and in the end, it might still go wrong. None of these stressful things are an issue at Abby's. Here, you can completely relax and simply enjoy yourself 😌😋😋😋. I can't thank Abby's enough for the friendly service and the great gluten-free options. I traveled here from near Frankfurt because I read about Abby's, and I'm absolutely thrilled. Of course, Sylt is worth a trip in other ways too, but somehow I haven't been able to get there yet. Beautiful! We walked all the way from Westerland, and it was definitely worth it! The food was excellent; they even had gluten-free beer (and other options too, of course), and the gluten-free cake selection was fantastic. The bistro and outdoor area are decorated with love and taste, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. All in all, a beautiful place.
