Abhi Eatery and Bar (Mountain Brook)

Had a wonderful experience here! We got sushi as an app and noodles and curry for the meal. The sushi was great! The noodles and curry were good! But the shining star of the experience was our waitress Kirby. She was beyond fantastic! We had a gluten allergy at the table and she was so knowledgeable and accommodating. I’d go back to Abhi just to sit at her table again.

We have long loved Abhi as a chef and have followed him from Bamboo on 2nd to Abhi at the Summit to now Abhi Eatery in Mountain Brook. As a gluten-free, dairy free eater, I really appreciate the wide range of things I can eat ...from the sushi (Wham! Bam Birmingham) to the noodle bowls (rice) to the Curry. I also love having a Manhattan prior to dinner and a glass of nice wine with dinner. Both the bar and wine list are great! Thanks Abhi and Ashish!
