Stepping into El Bolsón and finding a place like this is incredible. The variety of products, THE QUALITY and FLAVOR 10 points! I loved seeing all the flours they use, several with great nutritional contributions. Fried cakes, bills, pepas and buckwheat bread was what I tried and I want to come back for more! I celebrate places like this where you can eat delicious food, at a price that does not exist for celiacs (very accessible) and with very well-made flavors 💕

The best gluten free bread I've had in all of South America. Keep it up, you are an asset to tourists too. The apple pie and pizza were also to die for.
