A warm welcome, detailed explanations of the dishes' preparation, and impeccable service and recommendations from Isabel. The wine was presented according to proper etiquette. The starter included a special appetizer for those with celiac disease (a mild-flavored potato salad with mayonnaise). The next course was a robustly flavored "causa." The shoulder of lamb, aged for 15 hours, was a true delight. Overall, the food and presentation were exquisite.
