All but two of their dishes are gluten free by default. That's freaking awesome. It's also a very, very fast place to get takeout if you're in the Arlington area. Be warned it gets pretty busy on weeknights, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Intimate atmosphere in the heart of Arlington. Delicious food! Salmon Al Pastor! Drinks also very good. We had a great time and our waitress was very accommodating to our allergies celiac, dairy and soy!
