This makes me really sad to write this one. This was my favourite pizza place but holy has it gone to hell. Was here a few weeks ago and the pizza took over 2 hours as they prioritize takeout orders first and not the customers in house. When the pizza arrived it was burnt to a crisp. Decided to give it another try today as it’s my favourite pizza place as I have a gluten allergy. Gluten free crust wasn’t showing up on the app when I tried to order from my table so I went to the counter to order and they assured me they still had it and placed the order and took my payment. 45 minutes later they came my table to tell me they didn’t in fact have any gluten free crust available. Offered me a salad instead which is not quite the same … Told me they would process a refund, we sat for another 30 minutes and no one came. I finally went to the counter to get my refund and they were only going to refund the food amount and keep the tip. Took them another 10 minutes to figure out how to refund the tip. Safe and very sad to say this was my last visit which is incredibly disappointing as this is the only place that doesn’t make GF pizza taste like cardboard. Also will add the place was not busy and there were 14 people working, no excuse for this poor service.
