The absolute best place in all of Denver for someone with celiac disease. I also have a dairy allergy. Ask for Davis he’s been here forever. We’ve been coming here for six years. The owner started this because her son has celiac. Literally almost the entire menu is gluten-free and there is a gluten-free fryer. I eat their french fries like they’re going out of style. This is a must not miss if you are visiting or if you live here. Davis is also the best server of all time knows everything off the top of his head and will double check anything you want. He also delivers everything to the table and tells me this is gluten and dairy free. He goes above and beyond.

Was looking for a gluten free place in Denver for someone with a gluten allergy. Acova popped up in our search and it was absolutely fantastic. The lobster Mac & cheese and fish & chips were excellent by any standard (not just "gluten-free good"). Terrific atmosphere with great staff, like our server Lorenzo, who went over and above to answer questions and just make our experience an excellent one. This is now a must-visit place whenever we are in Denver from now on.
